Our Fission sector in the first phase, is dedicated to developing PWR in first phase, then second phase a laser fusion-fission hybrid reactor (LFFH), which combines laser-driven inertial confinement fusion (ICF) with fission processes to generate energy. This serves as a bridge technology, leveraging near-term feasibility to produce revenue and validate components. Our Fusion sector In the third phase, transition to a pure HB11 fusion reactor, based on hydrogen-boron-11 (p-¹¹B) aneutronic fusion, for cleaner, unlimited energy production. This roadmap aligns with emerging trends in fusion, where hybrids accelerate commercialization by addressing net energy gain challenges.

Milestone

Phase 1: 2026-2029
• Finalize the design and prototype of the PWR and LFFH and complete regulatory approvals in target deployment countries (Vietnam, Philippines, UAE, Kazakhstan).

Phase 2: 2030-2033
• Rapidly promote globally, increasing order scale to 10 GW.
• Complete the design and prototype of HB11 Fusion reactor

Phase 3: 2034-2043
• Complete the 1000 GW thermal power station replacement plan, increasing order scale to 6000 GW.
• Complete the fission-fusion hybrid reactor prototype.

Phase 4: 2044-2053
• Increase per capita electricity load from 1 kW (2023 level) to 10 kW, with it being free and zero-carbon.
• Promote interstellar energy development.
